Proposing and Hosting a Meeting

Want to propose a meeting or have an idea where we can meet next?

The PSNA will review proposals from members approximately 2-3 years in advance of the proposed meeting. Proposals should be sent to the PSNA President and the prospective organizers will give a presentation to the Executive Committee during a virtual conference call or at an annual meeting. Guidelines for proposing a meeting can be viewed by clicking the button below.

Detailed guidelines for future hosts are currently developed and will be posted soon. Hosts are strongly encouraged to follow these organizational guidelines regarding the content, budget, and timeline.
